DomainZoo.com, an ICANN-accredited registrar, recorded a better than expected
55% rate of growth for 2001. In a time when up to 80 ICANN Accredited Registrars
had either closed up shop or got gobbled up by the big competitors,
DomainZoo.com has remained profitable, stable and competitive.
DomainZoo.com now ranks 62 out of a
field of 100 registrars worldwide, while recently expanding its accreditation
to include .info and .biz through the signing of new agreements with ICANN.
DomainZoo also joined the ccTLD Program that allows them to register .cc, .nu,
.tv and .bz domain extensions.
In the past 6 months DomainZoo has
made three defining strategic partnerships which have greatly broadened our
revenue model, services and technical stability, says DomainZoo.com CEO Steve
Sullivan. The key to our growing success has been our ability to compete
service-for-service with the biggest competitors.
Registrations and industry rankings are
